Transformation of the soul begins when one receives Jesus as Lord and Savior. This
metamorphosis opens us to a life shaped by God’s guidance, love, and hope. Walking
the path God sets before us inspires us to live in a way that glorifies Him. With God at
our side, we will not fall. This project explores spiritual transformation by bringing
together visuals and symbolic references from the Gospels and the book of Acts in the
St. John’s Bible, The History of Plants, Mimbres pottery traditions, and the work of
contemporary artist Martha Grover. These combined influences form a unified whole
that highlights faith in creative expression.
